This baroque guitar was built in 2023 by Régis Floury, who has his workshop in Vigo, Galicia. It is made using ancient traditional techniques without machinery.

The body is made of walnut, maple, and amaranth with ebony purfling. The soundboard is made of Sitka spruce. The neck is crafted from maple veneer with a marquetry of mosqueta maple and black maple.

The fretboard and bridge are made of ebony. The headstock marquetry is composed of amaranth, mosqueta maple, pear, and black maple. The external rosette, as well as the edge decoration (pistagne), are entirely handmade with ebony and vegetable ivory.

The 5-tier rosette is traditionally made from parchment.

The soundbox is coated with a layer of wax as was traditionally done, and the rest of the instrument is varnished with shellac.

The vibrating string length is 690 mm. The bridge allows the spacing between the strings to be adjusted as the musician sees fit for their playing style. It has a dynamic, clear, and bright sound.
