The Italian Savarez family moved to France in 1770, where they founded the company, which is known worldwide nowadays, and whose original activity was based on gut and gimped strings.
From 1880, its catalog expands with the use of new materials such as steel, bronze and brass. In 1930 the company began with the production of nylon strings, applying new calibration and control techniques to improve accuracy.
This new generation of Savarez KF Alliance´s synthetic strings is made of composite fibers using sophisticated technology. They are the result of intensive research on molecules, their connections and the crystallinity index, aiming to replicate own characteristics of the gut in a synthetic material, such as elongation and elasticity.
KF Alliance strings combine the qualities of sound of the gut with the resistance of the synthetic material, being completely insensitive to humidity changes. These strings offer superior stability and actual wear with the fingers is very limited.
