Gut&Silk 900 – Treble – Gut – 3rd g

Gut&Silk recreates the historical setup with real materials: oiled gut trebles and silver-plated copper basses wound on real silk. Gut&Silk 800 reproduces the 19th-century setup (1790–1870) and Gut&Silk 900 the Tárrega and Llobet period (1880–1946), following Pujol's 1934 gauges. Aquila recommends using them at 435 Hz and tuning the basses down a semitone when not playing; full sets, treble sets and single trebles are available.
